We currently ship orders within South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:
• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier services and location.

SlimPure Co. is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered items.

If you receive:

An incorrect item
A damaged item
A defective product

Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at hello@slimpureco.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
